AlwaysAttach - Force attach of non-mount vice partition
The AlwaysAttach file, if present in a vice partition directory instructs the fileserver, volserver and salvageserver to attach the directory as a vice partition even if the directory is not a filesystem mountpoint.
The AlwaysAttach file is ignored if the NeverAttach file is present.
The file's contents, if any, are ignored; an empty (zero-length) file is sufficient.
